A Kimberly man is facing his 4th OWI.
A trooper from the Wisconsin State Patrol saw a driver in a vehicle turn their headlights off on Newberry Street in the City of Appleton last Saturday, just after 5:00 p.m.
A traffic stop was made, and the trooper found 57-year-old Stephen James Steckbauer showing signs of impairment.
After further investigation, Steckbauer was arrested for Operating While Impaired, a fourth offense, which is considered a felony.
He was also ticketed for operating without a license or insurance.
An evidentiary blood draw was also done at a local hospital before the 57-year-old was taken to the Outagamie County Jail.
