The final show for 2025 on WOMT Sports Talk will feature Manitowoc Lutheran graduate and U.S.A. Adaptive Professional Golfer Sarah Larson.
Larson, from Cato, was born with half of her left arm due to a condition known as amniotic band syndrome.
The only thing she and the golf game had in common was watching her husband play, until one day he convinced her to try it.
That day came in 2014, and her words, “I slowly started to fall in love with the game.”
Larson eventually got good enough to join Team USA (Adaptive) and was one of 96 golfers in the world to make the cut for the U.S.G.A. Inaugural U.S. Adaptive Golf Tournament that was held in Pinehurst, North Carolina.
To hear more about Sarah Larson’s extraordinary life journey, come down to Salute to Everyone, located at 1107 South 10th Street in Manitowoc, for WOMT Sports Talk, which airs from 5:30 to 7:15 p.m.
