Several local and area high school athletic teams are competing in holiday tournaments on the final Monday of 2025.
It’s day one of the Two Rivers 2025 girls’ basketball tournament. Game one features Roncalli taking on Sheboygan Christian, followed by host Two Rivers against Mishicot.
Raiders Head Coach Kally Kreuger faces her alma mater, where she played in two state tournaments and won a state title in 2021.

Elsewhere, Valders will battle Howards Grove in the New Year’s Classic in Plymouth, while the host Panthers entertain Appleton West. Kiel hosts Oakfield at the Kiel Holiday Tournament, and Random Lake battles St. Mary’s Springs of Fond Du Lac.
In boys’ basketball at Kiel, Mishicot meets New Holstein at 1:30 with Kiel hosting Manitowoc Lutheran at 3:00 p.m., while Manitowoc Lincoln meets Wisconsin Rapids at the Kress Center in Green Bay at 3:15 p.m.
In wrestling, Valders, Reedsville, Brillion, and Denmark participate in the annual Lourdes Academy on the Water Tournament at UW-Oshkosh.
The Kiel boys and girls wrestle in the annual Bi-State Classic in La Crosse, and River Falls hosts a tournament featuring the Mishicot Indians.
