A Green Bay man has been arrested on his 4th OWI.
The Wisconsin State Patrol trooper conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Interstate 41 northbound near milepost 162 yesterday (December 23rd) just after 9:00 p.m. after seeing a man having a difficult time maintaining lane position and nearly striking a concrete barrier while driving onto the right shoulder.
The trooper tried to pull the driver over at the main Avenue exit ramp; however, over 37-year-old Jonathon Thomas Rueckl made it into the Festival Foods parking lot in De Pere before stopping.
Rueckl was arrested for OWI, a 4th offense.
He was also ticketed for unsafe lane deviation, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jail records show the 37-year-old is currently being held without bail as he awaits a court appearance in the case.
