He was arrested at a jobsite in Green Lake County.
The suspect vehicle was later located at a property outside of Coloma by deputies with the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.
The Oshkosh Police Department thanked all of the law enforcement agencies that aided in the investigation, and stated, “Our thoughts and prayers are with the victim and the victim’s family during this difficult time. We extend our wishes for a speedy recovery.”
