An Oshkosh man has been indicted on four federal child sex charges.
Brad Schimel, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, has announced that 39-year-old Dustin K. Gildemeister distributed obscene visual depictions of the sexual abuse of children.
The full details of the alleged crimes were not released, however, if he is convicted, Gildemeister could spend up to 40 years in prison and be forced to pay up to $250,000 in fines.
The case was investigated by the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office with the assistance of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, Division of Community Corrections, and will be prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Daniel R. Humble.
