A sentencing hearing turned into a brawl in Fond du Lac County late last week.
Parise Larry Jr. was in court on Friday for his sentencing hearing for the killing of Tatyanna Zech in 2023.
However, after Judge Laura Lavey sentenced him to life in prison, members of both Larry and Zech’s families began to fight, and several people were arrested.
Zech was taking out the trash in May of 2023 when she was shot in the head at the Maplewood Commons in Fond du Lac.
It was determined that Larry was aiming for Antonio Johnson, who was also convicted in the case, but Zech was caught in the crossfire.
Johnson was also sentenced Friday to life in prison.
Both men expressed their condolences to the Zech family and asked for leniency from the court.
