The Village of Mishicot Police Department is investigating an incident involving a person who took their own life.
Police Chief Paul Granger says officers were called to a home on Thursday (December 18th) just after 3:15 p.m on reports of an unresponsive individual.
When they arrived, they found a man who looks to have died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Mishicot Police believe that there is no ongoing threat to the public as they are continuing to investigate.
The family of the victim has also asked for privacy in their time of grief.
