Officers in the Two Rivers Police Department have been promoted following a recent retirement.
Lieutenant Jacob Schweigl, Sergeant Brad Dimmick, and Sergeant Leander Mann were officially sworn into their new roles during the Two Rivers City Council meeting at the beginning of the month.
This comes after Lt. Karen Elesenpeter retired, and a drug investigator was newly assigned.
Schweigl, Dimmick, and Mann were selected through internal and external interview panels and participated in evaluated scenarios.
Two Rivers Police staff say they are excited to announce the promotions and look forward to seeing what the three men do as they take on new leadership roles in the department.
