A Silver Alert for a West Bend man last seen in Green Bay was canceled ten minutes after being announced last night.
The Silver Alert network sent out an alert for 91-year-old Thomas Bulawa at 10:08 Wednesday evening on social media, telling residents to keep their eyes open since he had not been seen for around 11 hours.
But, 10 minutes later, the alert was cancelled, and Thomas was reported to be safe.
