The Denmark Vikings girls’ basketball team looks to go to 7-0 tonight as they play host to the Coleman Cougars in a non-conference game.
Junior Allie Van Vondren is off to a great start, averaging better than 18 points and four rebounds per game, while senior Paige Vogel is averaging nearly 12.5 points and more than five rebounds per contest on 65 percent shooting.
Meanwhile, the Howards Grove Tigers are in search of their seventh straight win as they host St. Mary Catholic as part of a girl-boy doubleheader.
Howards Grove is off to a 6-0 start, while the Zephyrs are 5-0 and coming off a victory over previously undefeated Manitowoc Lutheran on Monday night.
Other games have Sheboygan Christian hosting Green Bay NEW Lutheran, Green Bay Preble visiting Notre Dame, Green Bay East at New London, and West De Pere hosting the Pulaski Red Raiders.
