An individual is in custody after an early morning standoff in Green Bay.
The Green Bay Police Department was called to the 800 block of Elmore Street at 10:00 Wednesday night on a report of a domestic disturbance.
By the time officers arrived, the suspect had fled the scene, however his vehicle was located near the 500 block of Dousman Street a short time later.
The man reportedly refused to exit his vehicle when approached by police, prompting a call to the SWAT team and crisis negotiators.
The man remained in his vehicle for several hours, finally surrendering at around 1:15 a.m.
The suspect, whose name and age were not released, was taken into custody on charges of Disorderly Conduct and Obstructing an Officer.
No additional details have been announced at this time.
