A smoke shop is getting lit up with hefty fines under Wisconsin’s new vape law.
Exclusive Tobacco, which has locations in Waukesha, Oshkosh, and Appleton, faces fines totaling more than $12 million for selling products not on the state’s approved list.
The Department of Revenue also found the company was selling products with an expired municipal license, and seized more than 1,200 vapes.
Another retailer in the state was also fined nearly $500,000 under the new law that took effect in September.
