Verda A. Rahmlow, age 97, current resident of Northland Lodge in Two Rivers, formerly of Mishicot, died peacefully late Saturday, November 29, 2025 at the Northland Lodge.
She is survived by her three children: Karen (Dale) Schmidt of Appleton, Ken (Sandy) Rahmlow of Manitowoc, Dale (Cindy) Rahmlow of Mishicot; nine grandchildren: Tim (Jen) Schmidt, Melissa (Tyler) Zimmerman, Kristin (Randy) Kohlstedt, Jeff (Stacey) Rahmlow, Diana (Scott) Bogust, Renee (Troy) Thompson, Ryan Rahmlow (special friend, Katye), Casey (Jen) Rahmlow, Rachel (Travis) Patterson; along with 23 great grandchildren; and two great-great granddaughters. She is further survived by one brother-in-law, Hans (Bev) Rahmlow of Two Rivers; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jack Rahmlow; one brother, Elmer (Pearl) Weihemuller; three sisters: Hazel (Arnold) Kind, Wilma (John) Zinn, and Janet Parizek; her father & mother-in-law, Gilbert and Elma Rahmlow; and brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law: Jean (Lorin) Lambrecht, Arlene (Raymond) Schimmel, Raymond (Maryann) Rahmlow, Etta Siehr, and Ruth (Howard) Redeker.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 5, 2025 at St. Peter’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 325 Randolph St. Mishicot. Rev. Joel Stuebs will preside at the service, with entombment to follow in Knollwood Chapel Mausoleum, Hwy. 310, Manitowoc.
The family will greet relatives and friends at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church Friday morning from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m. There will be no Thursday evening visitation.
