The search for a missing Green Bay teen has come to an end.
The Green Bay Police Department has reported that 17-year-old Sapphire Hammer was located safe and has since returned home.
The reason for her disappearance and where she was has not been released.
Hammer was reported missing by police on Monday after she had previously been last seen in the 1300 block of Doty Street on November 30th, and her family last heard from her the following evening.
The Green Bay Police Department thanked the public for their assistance in the search.
