A Manitowoc man facing charges after getting into a fight at the Burger Boat Company Park is due in court.
47-year-old Timothy O. Trombley will be inside a Manitowoc County courtroom at 1:30 p.m. today (December 1st) to make his initial appearance.
Trombley has been charged with Disorderly Conduct, three counts of Felony Bail Jumping, and four counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
These charges stem from a November 22nd altercation that took place at the Burger Boat Company Park involving him and two other individuals.
Witnesses of the altercation told police that a verbal altercation broke out after Trombley’s girlfriend was not allowed to enter a man’s vehicle.
This denial angered the 47-year-old, who then allegedly punched the vehicle owner numerous times and fled the scene.
It was later learned that Trombley fled the scene due to having a warrant out for his arrest in Sheboygan County due to a recently missed court date regarding an open hit-and-run case.
However, officers with the Manitowoc Police Department eventually tracked him down and took him into custody.
Currently, Trombley remains in custody in the Manitowoc County Jail on a $150 cash bail.
