Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan is headed to federal trial.
Dugan appeared in federal court on November 26th in the obstruction case against her, as both sides discussed jury selection, the use of audio recordings, and potential trial witnesses.
She is accused of obstructing immigration agents who were trying to arrest a man in her courtroom.
Dugan has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
