A woman hit and killed in a Madison parking lot last week is being identified.
The Dane County Medical Examiner says Tricia Ploessl, from Ridgeway, died Friday in the hospital, one day after she was struck by a car while entering a different parked vehicle.
The driver then ran into another car and had to be pulled from her vehicle because she was unconscious.
Police said they got several statements from witnesses and found nothing suspicious in the 64-year-old driver’s car.
