The Outagamie County woman who allegedly tried to hire a hitman will be going to trial.
FOX11 reports that 43-year-old Lindsey Feucht was in court on Monday, where she waived her preliminary hearing, and was ordered by Judge Mitchell Metropulos to stand trial.
Feucht was arrested after she contacted a confidential informant about hiring someone to kill her mother and stepfather for failing to do anything after an alleged sexual assault.
She claimed that her neighbor had sexually assaulted her when she was 7 years old, and when she told her mother, nothing was done.
Feucht even allegedly suggested ways to make the deaths look accidental or natural, and offered to pay $10,000 up front.
She is facing two counts of Conspiracy to Commit 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, and could be sentenced to up to 120 years in prison.
Feucht is due for her arraignment on December 10th.
