Bail has been set for a Two Rivers woman facing drug dealing charges in Manitowoc County.
48-year-old Tamara Gergen had her bail set at $5,000 cash by Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa earlier today (November 21st).
Gergen is facing charges of Possession of Cocaine and THC with the Intent to Deliver, Possession with the Intent to Sell Within 1,000 feet of a Park, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
These charges arose after the 48-year-old was arrested last night (November 20th) by the Two Rivers Police Department in the Neshotah Beach parking lot after hours.
When contacted by police, Gergen gave inconsistent statements to the officer, prompting a search of her vehicle.
K9 Xanti was called in to conduct a sniff and alerted authorities to the presence of drugs.
A subsequent search of the vehicle uncovered 184.3 grams of THC and THC gummies, 6.3 grams of individually packaged cocaine, $9,000 in cash, and individual $20 bills consistent with the sale of drugs.
After her arrest, it was learned that Gergen also had a warrant out for her arrest in Columbia County after missing a court date in another drug-related case.
Additional terms of her bail include absolute sobriety, and she is not to possess any controlled substances.
Gergen will be back inside a Manitowoc County courtroom for her initial appearance on Monday (November 24th) at 1:30 in Branch 4.
