Manitowoc residents have a couple of opportunities to have their voices heard today.
Mayor Justin Nickels will be in City Hall at 10:30 this morning for a listening session regarding the proposed 2026 city budget.
Those unable to attend the morning session will have an opportunity at 6:00 p.m. to tell the Mayor exactly what they like, don’t like, or would like more information on.
