
The City of Two Rivers is looking for its next tourism director.
The next person will play a key role in leading community-wide tourism marketing efforts in partnership with Explore Two Rivers.
They will also help promote everything that makes the city special, from Neshotah Beach to downtown, trails, and its status as a Shipwreck Coast Sanctuary.
City Manager Kyle Korell explained that through the end of September this year, overnight stays at hotels and short-term rental properties in the Cool City totaled close to $3.4 million, indicating more people are visiting.
Applications are being accepted for the city’s next tourism director through December 22nd.
Joe Metzen currently holds the role and took over the job in January 2024.
