A woman arrested and charged following a deadly shooting in Eau Claire in August is pleading not guilty.
Police say that Dakota Bilderback fatally shot her children’s father, 37-year-old Michael Lee, at a home on Sunset Drive.
Lee was found dead at the scene.
Bilderback, who is charged with first-degree intentional homicide, entered her plea on Monday.
