ICE is preparing to move into a new office on Milwaukee’s northwest side.
This comes after the agency received approval for a government office and public safety facility.
Records show the space will process immigrants, including detainees being sent to detention facilities, but will not house them.
Renovations are planned, including an eight-foot security fence with privacy slats.
A timeline for the move has not been announced.
