There is a new face on the police force in Sheboygan Falls.
The Sheboygan Falls Police Department has shared that Jovanny Guillen has been appointed as their newest patrol officer.
Guillen was born and raised as a child in Chicago before moving to Sheboygan, where he later graduated from Sheboygan North High School.
He then earned his associate’s degree in criminal justice from Lakeshore College.
Officer Guillen is no stranger to public service, stepping into the role after previously serving as a dispatcher with the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office, along with six years in the United States Army Reserves.
Over the next several weeks, Officer Guillen will be in the Sheboygan Falls Police Department’s Field Training Program, working multiple varying shifts.
