GREAT CLIPS (Manitowoc, Kohler, Green Bay, Appleton, Fond du Lac, Oshkosh) – Every Veterans Day, vets and active service members can go to any Great Clips salon and get a free haircut or a free haircut card for a future visit. Non-military customers who get a haircut on Veterans Day can receive a free haircut card to give to an active service member or veteran to say “thank you.”
HY-VEE (Ashwaubenon) – Many Hy-Vee stores offer a free breakfast buffet to all veterans and active-duty military members on Veterans Day. Many stores also offer planned programs, entertainment or other activities to complement the breakfast event.

NATIONAL PARKS – On Veterans Day, the National Park Service waives entrance fees for all visitors to national parks and units, including monuments, seashores, historic forts and battlegrounds.
