Some Sheboygan County roads will be closed this week due to scheduled maintenance.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation tells SeehaferNews.com that this maintenance will affect traffic patterns on Interstate 43 and multiple stretches of State Highway 23.
I-43 will be closed between Weeden Creek Road and Wilson Lima Road, daily, beginning today (November 10th) through Wednesday (November 12th).
This closure will be in place from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. each day in both the north and southbound lanes as crews repair beam guards.
The first Highway 23 eastbound closure will be between County Road S and Pioneer Road starting today at 7:00 a.m.
The closure will continue through Wednesday, with the highway reopening each day at 3:00 p.m., also allowing crews to complete beam guard work.
During the exact same time frame, the eastbound lane of Highway 23 will also be closed at Sunset Drive for bridge work.
