An Appleton man accused of stalking a victim with the Grindr App has been bound over for arraignment.
30-year-old Matthew Huebschman has also posted his $10,000 cash bond and will return to court in December to see if he will be fully arraigned.
Appleton Police explained last week that Huebschman was arrested for allegedly using the gay dating app Grindr to pose as the victim to get unknown men to come to the actual victim’s home.
He would then tell the men to enter the residence when they arrived while he watched outside.
Huebschman is not allowed to indirectly threaten, harass, intimidate, or otherwise interact with people involved in the case.
He’s also not allowed to use any dating apps.
