A new bench warrant has been issued for a missing Fox Valley Teen charged with sexual assault.
19-year-old Noah Czarneski of Little Chute was last in contact with his family on October 5th, and as of Thursday (November 6th), the Fox Valley Metro Police Department is still seeking information on his whereabouts.
On October 8th, three days after he was last in contact with his family, a vehicle being driven by Czarneski was located near Dundas, Wisconsin, but he was not with the vehicle.
In the time since he was reported missing. SeehaferNews.com discovered that the 19-year-old is facing a list of charges in both Brown and Calumet County.
In Calumet County, he is facing charges of Second Degree Sexual Assault with the Use of Force, Third Degree Sexual Assault, Sexual Intercourse with a Child 16 or Older while Being 19 or Older, and Felony Bail Jumping.
In Brown County, he has been charged with Sexual Intercourse with a Child 16 or Older while Being 19 or younger and four counts of Felony Bail Jumping.
The Calumet County charges stem from an incident alleged to have occurred on January 1st of this year, while the Brown County charges came about from an incident that occurred on February 22nd, a month and a half after his 19th birthday.
Czarneski was set for a status conference on Tuesday (November 4th) in Calumet County; however, he again no-showed, which prompted the state to issue another nationwide bench warrant for his arrest.
