
A man convicted in a child porn case is set to be released and will be residing in Manitowoc.
Alfonso A. Quintana was previously convicted on eight counts of Possession of Child Pornography, and the Manitowoc Police Department is informing the public that he will be released from jail on November 7th.
He will be residing in the 1100 block of South 19th Street and must follow rules as established by the Department of Corrections.
Quintana will also be registered with the Sex Offender Registration Program and GPS Tracking for life, and will be on extended supervision through the Department of Corrections until February of 2033.
The Manitowoc Police Department issues this information not to instill fear into the community, but rather to ensure everyone is as informed as possible.
Any use of this information to threaten, intimidate, or harass Quintana will not be tolerated.
