The president of the Milwaukee Public Schools board of education has issued an apology on Facebook for an outburst during a meeting Tuesday night. At one point, during a heated discussion about ending bus service for some students, M-P-S School Board Director Michael Bonds told Milwaukee Teachers’ Education Association Vice President Amy Mizialko to, quoting here, “go to hell.” Board President Mark Sain says disagreeing with each other is “good public policy,” but inappropriate language “will not be tolerated.” The contentious issue has been tabled for future discussion.
