Maritime Ford in Manitowoc is focusing on veterans this month.
After a successful campaign last year, the local car dealership has announced it will be donating $250 for every vehicle sold in the month of November to the Manitowoc County Veteran Service Commission.
Sales Manager Aaron Mueller also noted that all veterans who purchase a new vehicle from Maritime Ford this month will receive an extra $1,000 rebate through November 19th.
That is double the rebate veterans received last year. As a result of last year’s Veteran Month promotion, Maritime Ford donated $10,000, which Veteran Service Officer Tood Brehmer said went to the transportation program, offsetting the cost to drive local veterans to the VA clinics in Cleveland and Milwaukee.
