A nonprofit organization in Sheboygan County is offering help to families as winter approaches.
The United Way of Sheboygan County is highlighting St. Vincent de Paul of Plymouth, which is offering free winter gear to families to stay warm over the cold season.
Items available include hats, mittens, jackets, snow pants, and boots for children.
To be eligible for this assistance, families must be living in either the Plymouth Joint School District or the Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah with children in 4K through high school.
Online applications are available, while paper applications can be picked up from St. Vincent de Paul in Plymouth, located at 2225 Eastern Avenue.
However, these applications are due by no later than Saturday (November 1st).
The United Way of Sheboygan County has also stated that if you need additional help or resources, call the 211 helpline.
