Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin is resuming abortion care services across the state.
The organization had paused those services on October 1st following the signing of a federal tax and spending bill under President Donald Trump.
This temporarily removed Medicaid funding for abortion providers.
That law is now being challenged in federal court by the Planned Parenthood Federation of America and 23 state attorneys general, including Wisconsin’s.
Clinics in Madison, Milwaukee, and Sheboygan are once again accepting appointments for abortion care.
