Weekly maintenance is set to close some highways in Sheboygan County.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has shared that Interstate 43 and State Highway 23 will experience periodic closures this week.
Crews will be out on the southbound lane of I-43 between State Highway 28 and Wilson Lima Road, repairing a cable guard.
Crews will be conducting these repairs beginning today (October 27th) through Wednesday (October 29th) with a closure in place from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day.
The DOT will also be repairing a beam guard on Highway 23 between County Road S and Pioneer Road beginning today as well.
Work on 23 will also last through Wednesday; however, this lane closure will run from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. through Wednesday.
All maintenance projects in Sheboygan County are weather-dependent and subject to change.
