State Representative Andre Jacque is getting ready for the upcoming primaries and his race to fill a Senate set. He is facing off against Alex Renard to represent the Republican Party in the general election to take over for Frank Lasee, who accepted a position in Governor Scott Walker’s cabinet. Renard had to actually move into the 1st Senate District in order to run for the position.
As of now, there are not any debates or forums on the schedule, but Jacque said he is not intimidated by a debate.
Caleb Frostman is waiting in the wings to challenge the winner of the Republican primary in May 15th.
