A Madison man is facing multiple charges after fleeing from police early Thursday morning.
Officers say the suspect was pulled over for speeding around 1:30 a.m., but refused to exit the vehicle.
Tire deflation devices were deployed as a precaution, and the driver eventually sped off.
He then abandoned the car and attempted to flee on foot.
He was later apprehended.
Police report finding marijuana, MDMA, and open alcohol containers in the vehicle.
The man now faces charges including third-offense OWI, possession of MDMA, fleeing an officer, and obstructing an officer.
