
Two Green Bay residents are among a group of seven individuals arrested in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula in a human trafficking bust.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office teamed up with several other agencies to conduct a three-day operation, targeting individuals involved in the sexual exploitation of children and vulnerable adults.
Among those arrested were Green Bay residents 45-year-old David Anthony Bailey and 41-year-old Joseph Scott Peters, and 51-year-old Guy Andre Ruder of Tomahawk, Wisconsin.
The other four suspects were all from Michigan, including 29-year-old Kelsey Lee Burbank, 61-year-old John Charles Coghlin, 29-year-old Nicholas Jon Krackenberger, and 65-year-old Dennis Walter Zuern.
Each suspect was charged with Child Sexual Abuse Activity, Use of a Computer to Commit Child Sexual Abuse Activity, Accosting a Child for Immoral Purposes, and Use of a Computer to Commit Accosting a Child for Immoral Purposes.
These charges bring with them a maximum of 51 years in prison, and/or up to $129,000 in fines.
