A forest in the Two Rivers Public School District has been reopened.
In their monthly newsletter, the district says they and Lighthouse Learning Academy have been working over the past couple of months to survey and plan how to make the tree-covered land south of the high school more useful for all.
Through their efforts, they trimmed a couple of pathways through the ‘forest.’
The forest’s future could include an outdoor classroom area, but for now, it’s open for everyone to enjoy.
The entrance is marked by the wooden bridge on the south driveway of the high school.
