The Plymouth High School Alumni Hall of Fame has gained two new members.
Plymouth has shared that Ann Weeden and Robert Mueller were the two newest inductees who were recently honored during Homecoming week earlier this month.
Weeden, a class of 1973 graduate, became a registered nurse six years after her time as a Panther, a full-time profession she maintained until retiring in 2019.
In that time, her family hosted Plymouth exchange students while her children attended Plymouth, and she has been co-chair of the Plymouth AFS chapter since 2007.
Mueller, a part of the class of 1983, joined the school district’s custodial staff shortly after his graduation.
He would spend the next 41 years with the district, serving as head custodian at Fairview Elementary before taking over that same role at the high school.
Seen as a pillar of the school district, he was selected by the 2007 and 2012 senior classes to be their commencement speaker before being chosen as the 2024 Homecoming Parade Marshall in 2024, prior to his retirement.
Plaques honoring Weeden and Mueller will soon join the 36 other Hall of Fame members in the Plymouth High School Lobby.
