A routine license inspection led to the arrest of a Madison liquor store owner.
The arrest came after authorities uncovered a large quantity of illegal drugs.
Jacob D. McRoberts, 24, is now facing charges of possession with intent to deliver.
The inspection, conducted on Wednesday in coordination with the Division of Alcoholic Beverages, resulted in the discovery.
Officials say the investigation remains ongoing.
