Since then, he has been convicted on four counts of Retail Theft, three counts of Theft of Movable Property, two counts each of Burglary, and Forgery, and single counts of Criminal Damage to Property, 3rd Degree Sexual Assault, Escaping a Criminal Arrest, Possession of Meth, Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia, and Fishing Without a License.
As of this morning, Copus has not furnished his bail.
He was ordered to have no contact with the Manitowoc Meijer store and is due back in court on October 13th for his initial appearance in Branch 1.
