A subdivision in Two Rivers continues to see growth.
In the weekly Cool City Current, the city explains that five lots have been purchased since August 2024, including two recently on Lake Breeze Way, two on Sandy Ridge Drive, and one in Block Four of Lake Breeze.
According to the city, Sandy Bay Highlands was established in the mid-2000s as a new residential neighborhood on the city’s north side, designed to offer spacious lots, natural surroundings, and convenient access to Lake Michigan.
Phase three improvements are scheduled to begin later this month, including curb and gutter installation, along with the first layer of asphalt paving.
It marks a major step forward in preparing the subdivision for continued development and new home construction.
Twenty lots are still available, and the city is close to another sale on a larger lot for $100,000.
