There’s a new tool to check property valuations in Manitowoc.
The city has announced a new 2025 Revaluation Viewer, which provides property owners with a preliminary estimate of their 2025 property taxes once the various taxing jurisdictions have determined their preliminary tax rates.
All a person needs to do is use the map and click on the 2025 Parcels or property sales point on the map to display more information.
The information will include the number of acres the property covers, the year the home or property was built, the neighborhood, and a total valuation comparison, which shows how much the property is worth in 2025 compared to 2024.
The city reminds residents that the final tax bills will depend on the 2026 budget decisions made by each taxing jurisdiction.
