Manitowoc Property owners will soon receive their updated property valuation notices.
The city states that each notice from Associated Appraisal Consultants will include important information about new property values, as well as details on Open Book, which will provide an opportunity to discuss the valuation with the assessor and the Board of Review.
Manitowoc officials announced in February that state law requires each municipality to assess all major property classes with 10% of full value in the same year, at least once every five years.
