A Milwaukee teen has been charged in the death of another teenager.
17-year-old Javier Smith has been formally charged in the fatal shooting of Azoria Jones, also 17.
The incident occurred on September 21st.
According to court records, Smith was the last person seen with Jones before a gunshot was heard.
Initially denying involvement, Smith later told investigators the shooting was accidental.
Prosecutors say he could face up to 60 years in prison if convicted.
Authorities say the two teens were reportedly in a relationship at the time.
