No one was hurt in an Appleton standoff.
The Appleton Police Department was called to an area of Sixth and State Streets last Friday.
FOX11 reports that the incident was an hour-long standoff involving a man who was possibly homicidal or suicidal.
The person was found in a vehicle at the intersection, and police negotiated to get the person out.
They surrendered peacefully after a few hours.
