A jury in Waukesha County has found Heather Miller guilty on four counts of child abuse.
The former day care worker was accused of violently placing a baby face down in a crib.
She was also accused of mistreating two other infants while employed at the Lawrence School.
Jurors reached their verdict after over four hours of deliberation on Friday.
Miller is currently in custody and is set to be sentenced on November 7.
