The home prices in Manitowoc County are back on the rise.
In the August 2025 Real Estate Report issued by the Wisconsin Realtors Association, it was reported that the 80 homes sold in Manitowoc County in August went for a median price of $257,400, which is $27,000 more than the July median price.
When compared to last year, the average home in Manitowoc is selling for just shy of $33,000 more than in August of 2024, while six fewer homes were sold.
As for the statewide numbers, 7,057 homes were sold in August, which is 336 more than last August and 237 more than in July.
The median price for a home in Wisconsin last month was $338,000, which is up slightly from July, and up $14,000 from last August.
