
There is a full slate of local high school athletics on the calendar for today.
The Manitowoc Lincoln boys’ soccer team tries to even their record at 5 and 5 tonight as they host Fond Du Lac at Rubick Field.
The Ships picked up their first conference win Tuesday night, defeating West De Pere by a score of 3 to 1.
Match time is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
Elsewhere, Roncalli heads to Howards Grove to battle the co-op of Howards Grove/ Elkhart Lake Glenbeulah, Kiel hosts Cedar Grove/Belgium, New Holstein/ Brillion is at Sheboygan Falls, Kohler hosts St. Mary Catholic, Plymouth ventures to Port Washington, and Denmark visits Waupaca.
Also, Green Bay East hosts Winneconne, Green Bay West entertains New London, Peshtigo plays at Green Bay NEW Lutheran, Kewaunee is home for Gibraltar/ Sevastopol, Algoma is in Green Bay to play Providence Academy, Bayport travels to Appleton West, Ashwaubenon hosts Kaukauna, West De Pere entertains Appleton North, Xavier of Appleton is home for Seymour, Fox Valley Lutheran of Appleton ventures to Menasha and Oshkosh North heads to Pulaski to play the Red Raiders.
Also on the docket, the third leg of the FRCC Girls varsity golf meet will be played at Mid Vallee Golf Course in De Pere, and Valders hosts multiple boys’ and girls’ teams in a cross-country invitational scheduled.
In girls’ Tennis, Manitowoc Lincoln travels to Ashwaubenon to battle the Jaguars, and Roncalli/Two Rivers heads to Ripon to battle the Tigers.
Kiel is set to host multiple girls swim teams, including Two Rivers/Roncalli and Chilton/Valders/Brillion.
